turquoise color that I used over and over again in the room, in the form of paint..
You can tell that our perspectives on the issue are pretty much complete opposites.I’m more concerned about keeping our home livable and comfortable while renovating and Chris is more concerned with making sure the project is absolutely perfect, no matter what.. No matter what side of the coin you’re on, I hope some of these tips gave you some things to think about if you’re about to undertake a big project like this one!.

Happy renovating! It’s that time of year when we all want our homes to look amazing, but we don’t have much time for huge home projects, or the desire to spend huge amounts of extra money. So what can ya do?Paint, of course.

Paint is almost always the answer. In fact, I’ll let you in on a little secret.

When 2014 started, I decided that this was going to be “the year of paint”.
I knew I wouldn’t have much time on my hands with the baby in the house, but with paint I knew I could still do lots of little projects that would make me feel so much better about my surroundings almost instantly.Set up routines..
I can’t tell you enough how much I love my routines.I should say right now, before I really get into this particular mini-rant, that I don’t really have my routines totally memorized, and I even keep those in a list on my phone so that I don’t even have to worry about remembering those if my mind is elsewhere, occupied by other brilliant thoughts that day.
I’m able to still get to everything and keep things running smoothly around here no matter what. What routines really do is help you completely own your time.
